1. Eligibility for Returns

The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Note: We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, size issues (unless incorrect size was delivered), or if the product has been used.
2. Required Proof
To process your request, you must provide:

Unboxing video showing the parcel being opened

Clear pictures of the damaged or incorrect item

Order number and customer details
Requests without proof cannot be accepted.
3. Return Process

Contact us through email or WhatsApp within 24–48 hours.

Share the required proof (video + photos).

Our support team will review your claim.

If approved, you will return the product to our warehouse.

After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund.
Important:
Return courier charges may apply unless the mistake is from our side.
4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for the same product or another item of equal value (subject to stock availability).

If the replacement product is unavailable, you may choose another product or request a refund (if eligible).
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only if:

The product delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect

The replacement product is out of stock
Refund Method:

Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Refund processing time: 5–10 working days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
